1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and hx777 ("hx777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hx777 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a wager on hx777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hx777 platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active hx777 account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming services at hx777, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You agree to:

• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your hx777 login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify hx777 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when requested. hx777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence).

hx777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close an existing account at its discretion, including where fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hx777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), debit card, Visa/Mastercard and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa). Minimums for other methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your hx777 account.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. hx777 processes withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours subject to completed KYC, active account standing and no outstanding verification holds.
• hx777 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees applied by payment processors (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks) are outside hx777's control and are the user's responsibility.
• hx777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hx777 offers various promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all hx777 promotional offers include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Using bonuses in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements, guaranteed profit strategies or other systematic abuse is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. hx777 will specify the applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each promotion.
• hx777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled, any winnings derived solely from the bonus (and not from the user's own deposited funds) may be forfeited.
• Only one active bonus may typically be used at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the hx777 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market or game. Users acknowledge and accept that:

• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of real-world events. hx777 uses official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute, hx777's determination of the applicable result is final.
• All casino game outcomes (slots, RNG table games) are determined by certified random number generators. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game title is published in the game information panel.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer (card dealing, roulette spin). hx777 accepts no liability for equipment malfunctions during live dealer games where the malfunction can be independently confirmed by studio logs.
• hx777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors, technical failures or circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to incorrect odds pricing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hx777 platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games or any competitive gaming format.
• Money laundering or using hx777 to disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus harvesting or avoiding account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or pricing errors in the hx777 software or betting markets.
• Encouraging, facilitating or assisting any minor (under 18) in accessing or using the hx777 platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

hx777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing users with the tools they need to keep gaming enjoyable. The following tools are available to all registered users from the Settings → Responsible Gaming section of their hx777 account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders when a session exceeds your chosen duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hx777 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hx777 platform — including but not limited to the hx777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of hx777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any content from the hx777 platform without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• hx777 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• hx777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or errors in odds.
• hx777's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• hx777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events including network failures, regulatory actions or natural disasters.

11. Privacy & Data

hx777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on hx777, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support and regulatory compliance.

12. Amendments

hx777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Continued use of the hx777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your account before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hx777 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hx777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.
